A focused two-session course on discovering communication patterns between cell populations using single-cell RNA-seq data.

After identifying cell populations in single-cell data, a natural next question is how those populations communicate. This two-session mini-course introduces the concepts and analysis pathway used to investigate cell-to-cell communication with scRNA-seq data.
The course focuses on processing and analyzing data to study cellular interactions. It pairs naturally with the Single-cell RNA-seq course; if you are new to R, begin with the introductory R course first.
